Singapore Infrastructure Dispute-Management Protocol (SIDP)
The SIDP sets out a carefully-tailored procedure for the appointment and involvement of a Dispute Board (DB) to assist in the effective management of differences or disputes that may arise in the context of mega construction or infrastructure projects.
The SIDP is designed and recommended for construction or infrastructure projects of more than S$500m in value, and can be easily incorporated into any construction or infrastructure contract using model clause.
It is strongly recommended that the SIDP be adopted from the start of the project, as a collaborative tool, to enable early and efficient resolution of differences and disputes.

Integrated Appropriate Dispute Resolution Framework (INTEGRAF)
INTEGRAF stands for Integrated Appropriate Dispute Resolution Framework. It is an innovative approach to managing complex commercial conflicts. INTEGRAF provides disputing parties guidance to unbundle disputes and apply the most appropriate dispute resolution mechanism to each aspect of a dispute. Even if a dispute cannot be completely resolved, INTEGRAF steps in to downsize or contain the conflict, with only the most stubborn parts heading to adversarial dispute resolution.

Singapore Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy Service (SDRP)
SDRP is adopted by the Singapore Network Information Centre Private Limited as an alternative way to resolve Internet domain name disputes out of court. It provides a framework for settling conflicts where domain names have been registered or used in bad faith.
It allows parties to choose between mediation or having the appointed administrative panel decide an outcome through an administrative proceeding, which will be implemented by the Singapore Network Information Centre.

Collaborative Family Practice (CFP)
An alternative scheme for individuals with matrimonial discord is the CFP, which is supported by the Family Justice Courts and Law Society of Singapore. CFP is a pre-action process and takes place before the start of any divorce or matrimonial proceedings. Both parties must also agree to participate in CFP before SMC can assist to take the matter forward.
Under the CFP scheme, specially trained CFP lawyers and family specialists such as financial advisors and child experts work with parties to negotiate an agreement that suits the family.
