Parties pay the fees below which are charged by Collaborative Family Practice (CFP) lawyers when they are appointed through SMC.

CFP lawyer’s hourly rate (appointed by SMC)	$436.00 per hour per party
* The figures above are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of GST.

A deposit is collected from parties once the lawyers and/or other professionals are appointed.

If a party chooses his/her own CFP lawyer/professional, the CFP lawyer/professional may charge his/her own commercial rates and the fees above will not apply.

If the CFP process is successful, parties may opt to have the same lawyers represent them at the Family Justice Court in fast-tracked divorce proceedings. CFP lawyers cannot represent their clients in future litigation if settlement is not reached.
