Strategic Conflict Management for Professionals (Module 1) — (Focus on Family Disputes) – 17 to 18 February 2025
SCMP Module 1 (focus on Family Disputes) is an intensive two-day training programme that covers the foundations of interest-based mediation which focuses on the disputing parties’ interests and encourages a broader range of solutions.
You will learn about the nature of conflicts and the most effective techniques to manage them. These fundamental dispute resolution strategies can be applied in diverse situations to manage work relationships within an organisation or with external parties, or to build stronger and more effective teams. This is a highly interactive training programme with role plays (focus on family disputes) and exercises. Anyone who is interested in acquiring mediation skills, including lawyers as well as C-suite executives, professionals, managers and other executives who want to advance their professional skills, should attend this training.
Please note that there will be a mandatory assessment on 18 February 2025 and an online oral assessment session on 25 February 2025 for SSG-funded participants. More information on this course is available here.
