Mediation Skills Assessment (MSA) — 22 / 23 July 2027
Take our Mediation Skills Assessment (MSA) and have your skills as a mediator formally recognised. Those who pass the MSA will be accredited as an SMC Accredited Mediator. If you’re aiming to join the SMC Panel, you’ll need to achieve a Distinction in the MSA and successfully complete an interview with our management team.
The MSA consists of the following components:
- Practical Assessment – Role-play simulation
- Written Assignment – Self-reflection – Laptop required
- Written Assessment (75 mins) – Laptop required

- For company-sponsored participants, payment is required at the point of registration via credit card.
- We do not support bank transfer or 30-day credit terms, except for government agencies or bulk registrations (minimum of 8 participants from the same organisation).
- For government agencies paying through e-invoice system, or bulk registrations, please email [email protected] for registration.
