Take our Mediation Skills Assessment (MSA) and have your skills as a mediator formally recognised. Those who pass the MSA will be accredited as an SMC Accredited Mediator. If you wish to be emplaced on SMC’s Panel of Mediators, you will need to achieve a Distinction in the MSA.

Strategic Conflict Management for Professionals Module 2 builds on the basics of interest-based mediation which focuses on finding solutions based on the interests of disputing parties and dispute resolution concepts covered in Module 1.
