Strategic Conflict Management for Professionals (Module 1) — 5 to 6 Aug 2024

SCMP Module 1 is an intensive two-day training programme that covers the foundations of interest-based mediation which focuses on the disputing parties’ interests and encourages a broader range of solutions. 

You will learn about the nature of conflicts and the most effective techniques to manage them. These fundamental dispute resolution strategies can be applied in diverse situations to manage work relationships within an organisation or with external parties, or to build stronger and more effective teams.

This is a highly interactive training programme with role plays and exercises. Anyone who is interested in acquiring mediation skills, including lawyers as well as C-suite executives, professionals, managers and other executives who want to advance their professional skills, should attend this training.

Please note that there will be a mandatory written assessment on 6 August 2024 and an online oral assessment session on 13 August 2024 for SSG-funded participants only. More information on this course is available here.
