Security of Payment Act (SOPA) Briefing 2020

The speakers will undertake an overview of the latest court decisions in 2020 and examine some of the issues which have emerged in adjudications following the 2019 amendments to the Security of Payment Act.

This is a mandatory seminar for all SMC adjudicators. Adjudicators who did not attend the earlier seminars held in March 2019 are required to attend this seminar. Adjudicators are to take note that attendance at this seminar will be a pre-condition for applying for a new term of appointment. Please log in by 2.10pm
