Mediation Skills Assessment (MSA) — 24 July 2025

Take our Mediation Skills Assessment (MSA) and have your skills as a mediator formally recognised. Those who pass the MSA will be accredited as an SMC Accredited Mediator. If you’re aiming to join the SMC Panel, you’ll need to achieve a Distinction in the MSA and successfully complete an interview with our management team.

The MSA consists of the following components:

  • Practical Assessment – Role-play simulation
  • Written Assignment – Self-reflection – Laptop required
  • Written Assessment (1 hour) – Laptop required
