Mediation Skills Assessment (MSA) — 27 Feb 2025

Take our Mediation Skills Assessment (MSA) and have your skills as a mediator formally recognised. Those who pass the MSA will be formally recognised as SMC Accredited Mediator.

The MSA consists of the following components:

Written assignment (Self-reflection)
Written assessment
Practical assessment (Role-play simulation)

All participants must read and understand the application timeline and policies before registering to any of SMC’s public run course.

Please note that the role-play assessment will be conducted at SMC venue (27 February 2025) and written assessment (on 28 February 2025) will be conducted online.
