Mediation Skills Assessment (MSA) — 21 Nov

Take our Mediation Skills Assessment (MSA) and have your skills as a mediator formally recognised. Those who pass the MSA will be formally recognised as SMC Accredited Mediator.

The MSA consists of the following components:

• Written assignment (Self-reflection)
• Written assessment
• Practical assessment (Role-play simulation)

Please note that the role-play assessment will be conducted at SMC venue and written assessment (on 22 November 2023) will be conducted online.
