The Code of Conduct for Adjudicators reinforces this duty, and any breach may constitute misconduct under the Disciplinary Rules, potentially leading to an invalid adjudication determination.

A failure to uphold natural justice not only impacts individual cases but also undermines public confidence in the adjudication system.
