Singapore Mediation Centre was proud to host, for the third year running, Unfolding Conversations 2016: Navigating Stormy Relationships, an exclusive by-invitation only dinner event. Directors and senior management executives from the maritime trade and shipping industry were treated to a mock mediation and panel discussion on how they can leverage on multiple alternative dispute resolution processes to take better control of their outcomes.

More than 80 business leaders attended the event on 28 September 2016, and gained insights to using SCMA's Arb-Med-Arb clause as a strategic conflict management tool.
