"Unfolding Conversations 2014: How Perspectives Shape Outcomes" focused on the importance of managing business relationships in today's dynamic commercial landscape. 

More than 200 business leaders and mediators attended the event on 25 September 2014, and gained insights to using mediation as a strategic conflict management tool.
