Description

Singapore Mediation Centre was proud to host, for the second year running, Unfolding Conversations 2015: Taking Control in Uncertain Times, an exclusive by-invitation only dinner event. Directors and senior management executives were treated to a simulated mediation and panel discussion on how they can leverage on the dispute resolution processes available to ensure better control of their outcomes.
Unfolding Conversations 2015 seeks to explore how businesses can maintain control of their business outcomes in challenging and uncertain times. While growth strategies such as internationalising, innovating, and cost-cutting are crucial, are businesses here prepared in the unfortunate event of a dispute? Businesses have the opportunity to scrutinize the process of mediation through a mock mediation. Following that, our panel of distinguished speakers will discuss how businesses can leverage on this additional option to facilitate and value-add to their dispute resolution or deal making processes.
More than 120 business leaders attended the event on 7 October 2015, and gained insights to using mediation as a strategic conflict management tool.
