Fair Tenancy Framework Workshop 2015
The Fair Tenancy Framework (FTF) aims to establish a set of clear leasing guidelines and negotiation principles for small businesses looking to rent premises for commercial, industrial, retail and food and beverage activities. It is a three-pronged initiative which includes SMC as the preferred dispute resolution channel in its third prong.
The Singapore Business Federation, together with SMC, will be holding a seminar to help tenants and landlords understand the different alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available. Businesses will understand better how the mediation process works and the benefits of settling their disputes.
Landlords, tenants, property leasing managers, real estate agents and consultants, legal advisors and practitioners on tenancy transactions
