SMC hosted its fourth by-invitation only networking and dinner event Unfolding Conversations in October this year, titled "Insolvency Mediation: More Than Just Bean Counting?".

Members of the insolvency community had the opportunity to observe a mock mediation concerning an insolvency dispute and a panel discussion regarding the use of mediation in actual insolvency disputes, conducted by a group of illustrious speakers, including the Honourable Justice Kannan Ramesh.
